Find Your Trip — Terms & Conditions

1. About Find Your Trip

Find Your Trip is a travel booking platform that connects Hosts who organize tours with Travelers who wish to book them. Find Your Trip does not own, operate, or manage any tours. We simply provide a platform for Hosts and Travelers to connect.

2. User Roles

2.1 Host

• Can post travel dates, destinations, prices, and maximum number of travelers.
• Must ensure all tour details are accurate, lawful, and up-to-date.
• Is fully responsible for the safety, quality, legality, and delivery of the tour.

2.2 Traveler

• Can browse available tours and book directly with the Host.
• Is responsible for reviewing all tour details before booking.
• Acknowledges that Find Your Trip is not responsible for any issues during or after the tour.

3. Payments

• All payments are processed securely through our payment partners.
• Prices are set solely by the Host.
• Refunds and cancellations are subject to the Host’s individual policy.
• Find Your Trip does not control or guarantee any refunds.

4. Our Responsibility

Find Your Trip acts only as a booking intermediary. We are not responsible for the safety, quality, legality, or success of any tour. We are not liable for delays, changes, accidents, losses, damages, injuries, illnesses, or disputes between Hosts and Travelers. Any issues must be resolved directly between the Host and the Traveler.

5. User Conduct

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information when registering, posting tours, or making bookings.
• Not post or share illegal, offensive, harmful, or misleading content.
• Respect all applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh.

6. Account Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, without prior notice, if we believe that:

1. You have violated these Terms & Conditions — including posting false information or failing to fulfill confirmed bookings.
2. You have engaged in fraudulent activity — such as using stolen payment methods or impersonating others.
3. You have behaved abusively or harassed other users or Find Your Trip staff.
4. You have attempted to harm, hack, or disrupt the Platform.
5. You have broken any laws or regulations while using the Platform.

Effect of Termination

• Your access to the Platform, profile, and bookings will be removed.
• Pending bookings may be canceled without refund, depending on the circumstances.
• Find Your Trip will not be liable for any losses resulting from account termination.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, branding, and features available on the Find Your Trip Platform — including our name, logo, website/app design, text, images, software, and technical features — are the exclusive property of Find Your Trip and are protected under Bangladesh and international IP laws.

You may not

• Copy, reproduce, or duplicate any part of our Platform without written permission.
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works from our content or software.
• Distribute, sell, or share our materials for commercial purposes.
• Use our branding in a way that may cause confusion or imply endorsement without authorization.

Host-Uploaded Content

Any content uploaded by Hosts remains the property of the Host. By uploading content, the Host grants Find Your Trip a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, reproduce, distribute, and use the content on the Platform and in marketing materials. This license remains active as long as the content is on the Platform and may continue in historical marketing materials even if the Host later removes it.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Find Your Trip and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform, or from participation in tours. If any liability applies despite this clause, the maximum total liability shall not exceed the total booking fee you paid to the Host for the specific tour.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on our Platform with a new "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Platform after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangladesh.
